We will use the highest quality, highest value parts for your vehicle, including OEM and aftermarket as the situation requires.
We reserve the right to test all parts not supplied by us. We reserve the right to adjust labor times if you provide parts.
Within reason and to the best of our ability, it is in our own best interest to stand behind any work performed. However we offer no express or implied warranty unless otherwise stated, case by case.
We reserve the right to examine failed repairs or parts to verify failure and cause of failure. We do not accept opinions of other technicians, mechanics, shops, relatives, friends, forums, wikis, etc. We reserve the right to form a separate opinion, before, during and after repair.
We will do our best to respect and achieve customer or our provided timelines. However, the vehicle is only considered done when we state that it is. We cannot and will not meet unreasonable or inappropriate timelines.
We will test drive each vehicle for modifications and repairs before returning your car. This assures when you get your car back, the installation or repair has been done correctly.
Returns are not accepted without prior approval. No exceptions. All sales on electrical and special order parts are final. These products are not returnable.
